Instructions
Coarsely crush butter popcorn in a processor, transfer to a bowl.
Marinate chicken in buttermilk, spices & herbs for 10–15 mins.
Prep flour mix with salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip back in marinade, then coat with popcorn.
Deep fry in hot oil for 10–12 mins until golden and cooked.
Make sauce with oil, sugar, spices, gochujang, and soy; mix well.
Toss fried chicken in sauce, garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.
